Returns Policy
We will accept returns or exchanges in products if there is a delivery issue (damaged during transit etc) or a defective or incorrect item is received. We will exchange or issue store credit for unopened items within 3 days of delivery. In order to do so you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report an issue. We will require proof of damage. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise items are only returnable within 24 hours of delivery if you pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
When returning an item, you will only receive the refund after we receive the package back and have time to inspect. Usually this takes anywhere from 5 to 7 days from the time you ship. (this includes transit time back to us)

Shipping
We currently ship to the us, canada and npo addresses. If shipping is more than what the site estimates we will contact you prior to shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
